I began my journey in real estate in 2012, working primarily with buyers. I started as part of a team, but branched out on my own after a few years. Then in 2020 my husband, Tyler, and I invested in our first Airbnb/Short-Term Rental. That was a success, and we were able to take advantage of an opportunity to get a second one pretty quickly after that. And the result has been the creation of a lifestyle business that provides an additional income source, while also helping build our net-worth. And it was at this point that we decided we wanted to help others use real estate and short-term rental investing to help build financial independence and accomplish their goals. And of course, helping people buy/sell homes is and always will be part of what I love most about real estate. Who wouldn’t want to hand people the keys to their new home??

I’m originally from San Diego, CA and Tyler is from Spokane, WA. We met in college at Vanguard University and have remained in California since getting married in 2014. In April of 2020 we welcomed our first daughter into the world (yes, it was a scary time to have a baby!!!), and then our second little girl was born in June of 2022. We live in Tustin, CA and enjoy all that living in Southern California has to offer - going to the beach, drinking great coffee, family date nights to our favorite restaurants, and traveling. Tyler and I were fortunate to be able to take an international trip each year that we were married, and it’s something we’ve been able to continue since having kids! We are also heavily involved with our local church and are connected to several charities including Unlimited Possibilities, CASA of Orange County, Live Action, and Biblical Training.
